Issues with Sleep on Catalina - Fans keep running,unable to leave sleep without restart

When i click on Sleep function in macOS my monitor,keyboard and mouse will turn off but my fans and RGB inside my PC will still run. I am also unable to exit the Sleep mode and i'm forced to use Power button to turn off my PC and then turn it on again. My specs are:

AMD Ryzen 5 2600x .

Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro .

Sapphire Pulse RX580 8GB .

16GB of DDR4 .

macOS is installed on SSD.
