I'm looking for feedback from those who have a similar idea. The Apple Studio Display does not support the MacBook 12 line.
I can get some sort out output when connecting one, though it's an artifacting display. I've tried to lower the resolution through a remote session to the Mac without any luck.
I have this idea to try OpenCore Legacy Patcher with MacOS Ventura on my MacBook 12 2017 to see if this will 'allow' it.
I have a spare Macbook 12 just sitting here that I would like to tinker with - nothing serious. Has anyone tried this with a similar 'unsupported' model to get the Apple Studio Display to detect the device?
