Can't get bluetooth USB Dongle to function

Hi!

Recently I bough an USB bluetooth dongle by TP-Link (TP-Link UB5A). Ethernet and Sound is working fine, I don't use Wi-Fi. I think I attached all the necessary information, but if I missed anything please let me know.

I can enable bluetooth in the Control Center but it doesn't do anything. In the settings I can not turn it on.

I'm used Dortania's OpenCore Guide to create my EFI folder. Using macOS Ventura 13.4.1 (22F82). It's a hackintosh from 1 week ago. Thanks! PD
