I am trying to get hackintosh 10.12.6 with the rx 480 without the need of using onboard graphic hack thing (i.e. able to boot w/ pci-e primary). After the update it wasn't working but (after long days) at least it boots up now and it works but it's still annoying that it keeps using the igpu monitor.
What I have up to now: -I have the lilu and whatevergreen kext on the EFI partition. -It's still detecting a r9 xxx although I disabled the old amd4100 kext. This kext was modified to work with rx 480 with some weird, kinda complicated, hack used back in 10.12.3 -If I use pci-e as primary. Clover boots up to the GPU monitor but then the screen just turns off and nothing happens -Clover version r4273.
I don't know what else to do. I'm also planning to finally upgrade to high sierra too but I don't want to upgrade until everything is under control in this version.
If there are any questions regarding my config.plist or kext please ask.
