Catalina is slow and buggy

I got Catalina up and running but it is pretty slow and glitchy.

When I am using 3rd party applications, most text disappears and other UI elements are off when they shouldn't be. There are also some visual glitches with applications that aren't 3rd party.

I'm not sure what information you would need in order to help me, but here is my config.plist, and my pc parts list (I have a Sapphire Radeon RX 580 on the way to replace my current one, if that helps).
