Hackintosh stuck On ioconsoleusers gioscreenlockstate

Hi, I am upgrading from Mojave to Catalina, But the installer does not boot up Installer Screen but get stuck on ioconsoleusers gioscreenlockstate. I tried boot args like: -radvesa -radoff

But the problems remains the same.Sometimes it leads up to glitchy and flickery screen or completely black screen.

I also see Lilu kext not present on the screen while booting. My computer specs:

Dell A00 Motherboard(UEFI supported) 2 gb ram Intel Celeron 10007u Intel HD 4000 Graphics

Please help
