Can't boot from hard drive even with EFI and BootInstallX64 tool installed.

I have a Core 2 Duo PC that is currently running High Sierra, however, when i copy the EFI to the hard drive, used BootInstallX64 to create bootfile inside the hard drive's EFI partition, the PC still failed to boot from hard drive and would just showing a blinking underscore. Please help me with this :(

Specs: Asus P5G41T -M LX Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 4GB 1333 RAM 120GB SSD GT 705 1GB DDR3 (Probably OEM Model)
