Hey all,

I'm trying to install Catalina on a Dell OptiPlex 9020 SFF using the OpenCore guide. Have an i5-4950, no discrete GPU.

On Windows so using recovery to install. Keeps getting stuck on

dlil_init: All the created dlil kernel threads have been scheduled atleast once. Proceeding. ifnet:attach: All kernel threads created for interface lo0 have been scheduled at least once. Proceeding. 

I've let it sit for about 40 minutes, nothing. Here's my config.plist (zeroed out SMBIOS). https://pastebin.com/biFnfM3g Any help would be appreciated.
