Attempting to boot Mac OS Catalina, but met with a black screen, and then reboots to Opencore.

I've had the same issue happen to me about 8 months ago. Here's my full setup

HP PAVILION 15-AB227TX

CPU: Intel Core i7-5500U with HD Graphics 5500 2.4 GHz (3.00GHz Turbo)

Operating System: Windows 10 64 bit

Memory: 8GB 1600 MHz DDR3 SDRAM

Hard Drive: 1TB HDD

Display: 15.6" diagonal HD BrightView WLED-backlit (1366 x 768)

Optical Disk Drive: YES

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 940M (2 GB DDR3L dedicated)

Wireless: 802.11ac (1x1) and Bluetooth 4.0 Combo

Webcam: Yes

Audio: Stereo speakers

Ports: 2x USB 3.0, 1x USB 2.0, 1x HDMI, 1x RJ-45

Im trying to boot macOS Catalina 10.5.3 , but for an unknown reason selecting it stays on a black screen for a tiny bit, and goes back to Opencore booting up. I've had the same thing happen to me about 8 months ago where it sent me back to the first thing in the bootorder.
