Camera stopped working after post install root patching

My built in camera stops working after OCLP post install root patching. If I undo the root patching, the camera starts working.

FaceTime --No Video

PhotoBooth - There is no camera connected.

Green light next to camera does not turn on.

I have been using OCLP for many years on many of my MacBooks. This is first time i have seen this.

This is:

MacBook Pro 2011, 17inch, A1297, MacBook 8,3, Monterey 12.7.6

12GB Ram, 240GB SSD, AMD HD Radeon 6750M non-metal.

This is fresh install. Only installed FireFox so far.

I had same issue on Catalina where I was using dosdude1 patcher.

I thought this will go away if i use OCLP. Hence did a fresh install Monterey 12.7.6.
