Can't Get Catalina to Start Install

• CPU: Intel i9 9900k
• GPU: Radeon VII
• RAM: 64 GB GSKILL Trident 3600mhz
• Motherboard/Laptop model: Gigabyte Designare Z390

• Ethernet Card: Built-In
• Wifi/BT Card: (if available) NA

• What part I have an issue with: Clover screen appears and when I select install Mac OS Catalina the installer starts for about 4 seconds and then stops with the "In Memory Panic Slashdot Succeeded" message
• What files/config I am using: Clover, Coffee Lake plist,
  
• Extra Info: This is my first Hackintosh build. After several attempts, I keep arriving at the same error "Memory Panic Slashdot Succeeded" I am running F8 Bios and have tried taking memory down to 32 GB but no success.
