I am opening this post as a way to talk to myself but hopefully create some narrative about a marriage going bad. We'll see.
After deciding to not get an Apple computer for various reasons, I built my wife the following:
- Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro Wifi
- Intel i5 9400f (NO integrated graphics)
- Trident G-Kill 2x8GB DDR4 3200
- Corsair SSDs 2x250 GB (MacOS / Win10)

Palit NVIDIA GeForce gtx 580

Thermaltake Silent 500w PSU

A very cool ITX case whose name I forgot, in aluminum gray and tempered glass window, sexy

RGB led strips which make it cooler

Fancy PWM silent fans for case and GPU (remade the whole heat dissipation system on the gpu).
I read all the guides I could find and got my Clover USB, with Mojave, my own config.plist etc.
I get to boot the installer into a dark screen, with no signal, which is not that bad as I was crashing mid-way into first boot on my first attempt.
You'll notice my main pivot point is not having integrated graphics (IGP).
I think the reason is my GPU is not being used right even if I am injecting Nvidia.. reasons could be:

SMBios not right (iMac 19,1) might need to try macmini or mac pro something..

nv_disable not used.. might try =1
I am not home at the moment but will post my config.plist later and other things any good soul helping me might need.
I know Wifi and bluetooth might not work but I do have some old dongles that I hope will work (they did 4 years ago with my older Hackintosh) to fix those. If they don't I'll get to eat more hate bread from how it would have all been better with a real Mac. Except when she'll want to play PC games which do not exist on Mac or play badly in 1 year on a 2k machine. But hey f me, right?
Once done, I'll have the amazing chance to experience a crap load of criticism from my wife telling me a real Mac was better and equally expensive yadda yadda.
