Is hackintosh good enough for xcode? If yes, what is best laptop for Hackintosh?

I currently have HP Omen with Mojave and everything works correctly but there are two problems: 1. It has 1050ti so no dGPU and HDMI and i feel very bad with HD630 2. Whenever i want to upgrade or downgrade macOS, I should spend a lot of time on Clover I want to buy a Hackintosh-compatible laptop or a Macbook under 500$
