Finally got the newest Catalina working after using the OC vanilla desktop guide a few times. I first got it running using a standard EFI from a Technolli guide, but it seemed to be old and I got a lot of errors during boot. Now everything seems fine during boot. I first used the standard SSDTs, but changed them after getting windows to boot with some SSDTTime generated. I did not notice any change in boot time after the change.
