What's working:

1. Everything
2. iCloud, iMessage, Facetime
3. Continuity, Handoff, Airdrop
4. RTC, and USB Map
5. Graphics (iGPU & dGPU)
6. Sleep/Wake
7. Power Management
8. Native NVRAM

What's Not Working: Nothing that I know of.

I initially clean installed Catalina 10.15.7 on it a few days ago. Simply clicked the update button in Software Update, came back an hour later and Big Sur was installed. Just like a real Mac.
