Big Sur using Galaxy GT640 on a MB alongside with GTX 1060, is it possible?

Hi guys!

One friend gave me a GT640 so now I have plans to make my main computer a hackintosh with macos/win10 dual boot, is it possible to have 2 nvidias GPUs and "tell the hackintosh" that the GPU it needs to use is the GT640 one?

The other option is buy a Radeon 560, but in my country everything is pretty expensive right now...
