need to recover my phone data

hello, i don't know if is allowed to post this kind of help, but i broken my phone screen and display, so now i need a way to take my data back, the problem is, i can't give the acess permission because the displays doesn't work, and also the debugging isn't on

i know i can use a hub and a HDMI to USB-C to mirror the screen in my monitor, but the problem is money T-T

i just have a pc and USB-C cable, i don't if is possible but if is, gonna help me a lot
