Ventura boot issues after OCLP 1.4.1 update

So this morning I switch on my iMac Late 2013 and the OCLP window pops up to say a new version is available.

Without research I updated and now my iMac won’t boot into Ventura.

I tried to boot into safe mode and revert root patches, but it still won’t boot properly.

I tried to reinstall an earlier version of OCLP but I get a message saying that my external disk (which I am booting from) failed to mount. If you think the volume is supported but damaged, try the “read only” option.

Currently I am performing a backup to then wipe and reinstall Ventura.

Anyone have any suggestions how to fix before I wipe?
