MacBook Pro Early 11’

Hi there!

I’ve updated my early 11’ MacBook Pro (2,3GHZ Intel Core i5 dual core, 16GB SSD 1333, Intel Graphics 3000 512MB) to OSX SONOMA 14.7, using the Open Core.

It’s been a while since I’ve made it and it’s still really slow and crashes all the time, due to overheating, even its completely clean inside and the thermal paste it’s recently replaced.

Is it normal? How can I fix it?

Or should I install another OSX version?

It was completely fine running the High Sierra, but I need to use some tools that aren’t available anymore for this version, like Excel, Word, Parallels, and some audio softwares.
