Need help with update blocking root patching

Howdy, not sure how because I thought I turned it off but last night my Mac on Ventura using OCLP downloaded the update for Sequioa. This morning its stupid slow. I updated OCLP to 2.2.0 because I thought that was the issue now I can't run the root patches giving this message.

- Starting Patch Process

- Determining Required Patch set for Darwin 22

- Verifying whether Root Patching possible

- Patcher is capable of patching

- Mounted Universal-Binaries.dmg

- Running sanity checks before patching

- SystemVersion.plist build version mismatch: found 15.3 (24D60), expected 13.7.3 (22H417)

An update is in progress on your machine and patching cannot continue until it is cancelled or finished

- Unmounting root volume

- Failed sanity checks, cannot continue with patching!!!

- Please ensure that you do not have any updates pending

So I'm sure this is the issue for the slowness, not having the root patches. I followed this video https://youtu.be/gbMYXwUmmfw deleting the update files and restarting which hasn't worked, I still cant download the patches. If anyone could give me a hand it would be much appreciated, thank you.
