Hackintosh won't boot without unibeast USB drive, Can't mount EFI using clover configurator, can't reinstall bootloader

As the title suggests my hackintosh won't boot, instead it just goes to the no operating system screen. The only way I can boot into MacOS is to plug in my Unibeast drive.

After booting I tried to mount the EFI partition using clover configurator however, it doesn't do anything

I decided to try and reinstall clover bootloader but during the installation stage it fails. I have also tried to use multibeast which also fails.

Multibeast tells me to check the log file however I can't actually locate the log file.
