Triple boot on two drives set-up/general hackintosh questions!

Hi,

I discovered this subreddit earlier today and have spent all day digging into it and I'm pumped to give this a go in my up and coming build. I had a couple questions that I couldn't find answers to:

1) I'd like to put Windows 10/Ubuntu on one SSD, and MacOS Sierra on a separate SSD - would the set up process be the same as the standard two drive process but just with an added (standard) Ubuntu partition/setup on the Windows 10 SSD? What order should I go for? Windows -> Linux -> Mac? or Mac -> Windows -> Linux?

2) I'm also planning on using an HDD for multimedia files - would partitioning the HDD with one exFAT and other NTFS be enough to store both files from both the Windows/Linux and MacOS builds?

3) My build consists of i7 7700k, ASUS STRIX z270i mobo, ASUS STRIX 1080 GPU, 2xSamsung 850 EVO (SATA) - to the best of my knowledge everything is compatible with Hackintoshes, unless someone says otherwise?

4) As a general question: Since I have MacOS on a completely separate SSD, if something goes wrong or it's unstable the rest of my system won't be compromised right? It's important my Windows/Ubuntu is stable for work, and I'd prefer not to go through with building a Hackintosh if it means my PC will frequently crash etc. even while I'm in Windows/Linux.

Thank you for the input, and thanks for bearing with me!
