Installation questions.

I'm trying to dual boot windows/Sierra on my build (i5 7400/Gigabyte GA-H110M-H/DDR4 8GB/No dedicated GPU/1 HDD per OS).

So, I have two questions.

1) Do I need a GPU, or can I run off the integrated graphics?

2) I was able to procure the Sierra installation app legally by downloading it from the macs at my college. However, the student user has no administrative privileges, thus preventing me from creating the installation drive with Unibeast. Is there any way to circumvent this? Alternatively, could I create the installation drive with a mac running OSX 10.4?
