Upgrading Yosemite Clover build to High Sierra, anything big I should be aware of?

Specs:

CPU: i5-2500K GPU: EVGA GTX 750 Ti Mobo: ASUS P8-Z68 LX RAM: 8GB HyperX DDR3 2333MHz

I have access to a 2017 iMac 5K in order to make the installer, and for any other system critical files/kexts.
