Install hackintosh for the first time

I am going to try to install hackintosh for the first time, will this spec work on High Sierra or should I go with Sierra?

i7 4790k CPU 24GB RAM Asus Z97-A motherboard ATI Radeon HD 5670 Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB
