I want to transition my Hackintosh installation to a bigger drive. Need some advice.

Hey all. I have my Hackintosh running perfectly so far - Pentium G4560, GTX 1050 Ti, MSI Pro-VD B250M.

I have my macOS installation on a 180 GB HDD. I want to move my installation to a 320 GB HDD. I'm willing to reinstall macOS, but I don't want to worry about things like re-configuring EFIs and BootLoaders. What's the most painless way I can go about doing this?

The HDDs I have connected to my PC are my 2 TB main drive (running Windows 10), and my 180 GB macOS drive (I want to replace it with a 320 GB 2.5-in. drive from an older laptop).
