Question: Can I run Hackintosh, and which version?

after searching through Google and some forums I couldn't get the informations I specifically needed, so I hope you guys can help me a bit here.

I want to install Hackintosh as a second operation system next to Windows 10 for movie editing, graphics etc. but I don't know if I can install it with my system config. Also, what is the highest version I can install (I found out that some guys installed 10.7 with the CPU, but nothing newer). And also: Can I use internet with the Ethernet-Port on my MoBo or do I need to buy a WiFi adapter?
