There are no audio devices listed. I do not have the install USB anymore, so cannot reinstall OS X. I saw a workaround here https://github.com/Piker-Alpha/AppleHDA8Series.sh but the command doesn't run, because 'OS X 10.13.3 is not supported by AppleHDA8Series.sh!'. Then it aborts. Any ideas?
