I have tried to downgrade my Webdriver, disable SIP and all sorts of things but none seems to help.
Intel Kaby Lake NUC (i7) with external GPU (Thunerbolt3). Has been working perfectly but has failed completely with 13.3. No issues in Windows or with iGPU.
In addition I've having issues with the mouse pointer not register "mouse over" events, ie. my dock won't magnify, nor will youtube show it's controls while hovering over a video. (Works fine with iGPU)
Any advice from the great mackintosh community?
