Creating build for Girlfriend

Hi All,

Trying to put together a build for my partner so that she can maintain using mac for her job (Designer specialising in sketch), but also give her the option of using Windows so she can play games.

Does this build look feasible? Is there any blaring changes you would make or suggest before I go all in and buy all the items?
