I've been running MacOS on Qemu (via libvirt) for months with no problems until recently and am wondering if anyone else has this experience or ideas about how to fix. More importantly, if anyone knows how to prevent so if I reinstall things don't end up like this again.
Nothing has changed on my host system. On the MacOS VM, I added a new raw image SATA drive to copy some files, then removed it.
Suddenly my HDMI audio stopped working, and my drive orders keep changing seemingly at random on each boot. Has anyone seen something like this before?
Things I've tried: * Restoring config files from backups on both host and guest * Re-installed HDMIaudio.kext * Followed Clover HDMI installations, which couldn't find my audio device (and wasn't necessary previously)
