Mojave Handoff/Airdrop/Bluetooth Issues with BCM94360CS

I am looking to finish up my hackintosh and am having issues with a BCM94360CS that I got.

I initially was using a BCM94360CS from a late 2013 MBP that I have and everything worked great. I got a new BT/Wifi module from ebay and while Wifi seems to work okay, BT has issues.

My Apple keyboard works fine. Connected with no issues. And I have some BT speakers that connected with a little trouble (although I think that is because they were also paired to another computer). Their connection is fairly good at ~-42dBm each. When I tried connecting a mouse though (with those two devices connected), it would crash the the bluetooth connections. I tried the Shift-Option reset of the module, but that doesn't seem to do anything.

The two differences I can think of is that I had to put the BT PCIe adpator I got for the BCM onto a PCIe extension cable because the Sapphire RX580 Nitro+ IS MASSSIVEEEEEEEE. And I had to change the SMBIOS from iMac 18,1 to iMac 18,3 since the GPU got here after I did the initial build+setup. I'm going to swap the original BCM back in to see if that fixes the issue, but if it does, I would like to see if I could troubleshoot the new BCM card to get it to work.

If you need any logs, please give me the commands/locations of the logs since this is my first hackintosh and I'm not mega familiar with MacOS.

THANKS
