I already have RehabMan's brcmfirmwarerepo.kext and brcmpatchRAM2.kext in my S/L/E (with Kext Utility). I added the bluetooth product and vendor ID to the iobluetoothfamily.kext>contents>plugins>broadcombluetoothhostcontrollerusbtransport.kext>info.plist.
I set my CsrActiveConfig to 0x67 in my RT Variables in Clover Configurator (BooterConfig 0x28) and set boot arg kext-dev-mode=1 so it should definitely be loading unsigned kexts.
My bluetooth is on, it recognizes my magic mouse but it is unable to connect to it. I hit connect and it tries forever but fails to pair. I even set the mouse within 1in of the dongle and no dice. I also have a wifi/bluetooth PCIe1x card with a BCM94360CS2 card in it and two antenna connected. I tried it with one, then the other, now with both (the PCI and the dongle plugged in) and no dice.
I ran bluetooth debug, reset my nvram (haven't reset pram yet) unplugged the devices restarted than plugged them back in. System Profiler sees the device under USB.
THE PROBLEMS:
Under hardware>Bluetooth the address is 00-00-00-00-00-00
In syspref the bluetooth panel is set to on, but "Turn Bluetooth Off" is greyed out.
When I run Bluetooth Explorer I get this error on startup,
Process: Bluetooth Explorer 6.0.9 Operating System: Version 10.13.6 (Build 17G65) Date: 2019-01-01 20:39:46 +0000 Initializing Bluetooth... Bluetooth Support Initialization complete. updateChainPower error: 82
and when I debug I get this error:
Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7 Error getting HCI transport info: E00002D7
Under bluetooth status>statistics it gets about 2 notifications received every second until it has several hundred logged.
------------
I've got a 10.13.6 hackintosh on a z370 Aorus gaming wifi mobo with a gtx 1070 and an i7 8700K
Any suggestions?
