Can I hackintosh with these specs? I have a Ryzen 5 2600x, asus B350 Strix, 16gb corsair vengaence, evga 1070t.

I've been planning on Hackintoshing for a while but just wasn't sure whether or not it was doable with these specs and didn't want to spend hours trying something that won't work. And if so what's the best guide.
