All monitors working, but only 2/3 can display an image at a time.

Hey, so I just installed MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 (17G2208), however I'm encountering issues with getting all of my three monitors to work together.

I have gotten monitor A & B to work together, I have gotten monitor A & C to work together, I have gotten monitor B & C to work together, but I have not managed to get monitor A & B & C working together.

Monitor A is connected through HDMI.

Monitor B is connected through DisplayPort (HDMI cable from monitor to DisplayPort adapter)

Monitor C is connected with DisplayPort (DVI cable from monitor to DisplayPort adapter)

My GPU is an EVGA GTX 1080 SCX 3.0

My CPU is an I7 8700

My NVIDIA Web Driver is: 387.10.10.10.40.118

Inject ATI: Disabled

Inject Nvidia: Disabled

Inject Intel: Disabled

The ports on my GPU are: DisplayPort DisplayPort HDMI DisplayPort DVI.
