How difficult would it be to do Vanilla on Razer Blade Stealth (2019)?

I am looking into getting the new Razer Stealth 2019.
Here's the specific specs:

• Quad-Core 8th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-8565U Processor
• NVIDIA® GeForce® MX150 (25W) 4GB GDDR5 VRAM
• 13.3" FHD Matte w/ 4.9mm slim side bezel
• 256GB ssd m.2
• 16GB dual-channel ddr4 (fixed)

I currently have a dual boot hackintosh desktop at home.
So it's not really a need, its more of a want as it would be cool to dual boot macOS and Windows on a "black macbook."
