Netflix 1080p no longer working. It is driving me insane.

With the Chrome extension no longer able to stream Netflix in 1080p, I am going insane at everything being blurry and pixelated. It is 2019 now and all conversation regarding watching Netflix in 1080p seems to have stalled.

What is the current information regarding getting movies to stream in 1080p on any browser? Is there any actual solution?
