WireD internet works and then immediately stalls

I’m really at a loss. My machine identifies the Ethernet of my board correctly (see system report screenshot). See the screenshots for an example of what happens. Using terminal to ping google.com started fine, then slows dramatically and starts experiencing dramatic packer loss. Running the ping from another machine on the network or from the router directly works fine. I’ve also plugged the Ethernet cable into another machine and it works fine. As a practical example, I tried downloading the Mojave beta update. It blazed through the first 200 MB in a few seconds, then crawls and eventually stalls out entirely.
