Cannot get QE/CI working on UHD 630 graphics, ThinkPad P72 (Mojave)

I am trying to get Mojave with UHD 630 graphics working on my ThinkPad P72. However, that is also proving to be quite difficult.

I have followed RehabMan's laptop guide, and installation has been fine; however, I have found that graphics acceleration does not work. Well, I assume it doesn't work, because the graphics are super choppy, and toggling Launchpad takes ~3/4 seconds on average.

I'm not too sure what I should do, because RehabMan's guide says that:

1. After installing the bootloader, you should take an inventory of things working and not working. Typically, at this point you will have:
   - working bootloader via Clover (system should boot relatively quickly from the HDD)
   - graphics QE/CI working via Clover's config.plist settings
