5 Ghz Wifi Dongle for Laptop Suggestions

I am currently looking for a reliable mini wifi dongle that works on Mac OS 10.14 which supports 5 GHz Wifi for a laptop that has a soldered non-removable wifi card.

So far I have found a couple options, but I have having trouble finding reviews for them on Mac OS.
