Can’t get past apple logo

I am trying to install Hackintosh and can’t get past the apple logo after booting a usb from Clover. Motherboard: MSI MPG Z390 GAMING PRO CARBON AC GPU: MSI RADEON RX580 8GB CPU: INTEL 9600K
