Is it safe to update Ryzentosh?

Hi! I just finished installing my first Ryzentosh and everything has been working pretty great so far.
The only thing that's bugging me it's that Mac is telling me that there's an update available but I don't really know if I should go on with it. I know that Hackintoshes are pretty picky with updates and I can't imagine what the effect would be on a Ryzentosh. Should I update or not?
