So i took the plunge and ordered the Sapphire Pulse Vega 56 since the feedback here has been mostly positive and the new 10.14.5 update has remedied many of the previous issues vega cards were having with the fans. The only issue i'm having is that HWmonitor is not giving me an actual reading for GPU die Temp. Its just permanently stuck on 127 degrees celsius. Tried different versions of fakesmc but no change. Fans are working when using benchmarks like heaven or valley so i know this card is not running hot. Previous card was a RX 570 nitro+ with no issues. Im using smbios for iMac19,1 Anybody know whats up? [link] [comments] |
