Hackintosh

I'm having trouble understanding how to make a hackintosh.

Backstory: I have a macbook that's over 10 years old and cant handle my music anymore. I've done everything possible from moving soundbanks to an external harddrive, freezing all tracks, bouncing, etc.

It's simply to the point I need an upgrade.

A friend of mine got me started on building a pc but I'm struggling on where to go from here.

I need logic pro x because it's the DAW I know the best and I have some clients so I cant wait TOO much longer as I'm making music just about everyday.

Any help would be appreciated as I'm intensely ignorant on this subject :*)
