Stuck with installation of Mojave or High Sierra - both get stuck at the same place

Hi everyone,

I am complete newbie and I've gone through a ton of information on the web and now I think my head literally explode if I continue digging that myself. So here I am - in desperate need of help of community.

My Specs:

• CPU: INTEL Core i5 8400, LGA 1151v2
• GPU: GIGABYTE nVidia GeForce RTX 2080 , GV-N2080GAMING OC-8GC (I know it won't work and I'm hoping for Intel UHD 630. But still - it is installed on my PC)
• RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance LPX CMK16GX4M2A2400C16 DDR4 2x8GB
• Motherboard: GIGABYTE Z370P D3, LGA 1151v2, Intel Z370
• Audio Codec: Built-in Realtek (not sure about number/version)
• Ethernet Card: Built-in Realtek (not sure about number/version)
• Wifi/BT Card: Have a bluetooth stick (tried to remove, no luck)
• What guide/tool followed: Created USB Flash Disk using Boot Disk Utility and found Clover settings/kexts in this post

So, I am getting same error in both attempting to install High Sierra or Mojave:
