Obviously the community has a lot of jokes about the stability and such, and rightfully so, as it’s a hard task to set up! But all jokes aside, once up and running, Hackintoshes have been some of the most reliable machines i’ve had. While some bring problems, it’s almost always the same problem day in and day out. Something either works or it doesn’t. As long as I make no changes, my system boots stably and reliably every time, and i can get working right away. I’ve hackintoshed a Surface Pro 5, two desktops, and 2 laptops. Even when something didn’t work, nothing has ever suddenly worked one day and not the next.
Stability wise, a well-oiled hackintosh can be counted on to boot up and get to work every day. That’s often more than I can say about any Windows computer.
