[HELP] Mojave installs but hangs before first set up screen

I recently decided to make my desktop a hackintosh, using this guide from the Hackintosher website. Although macOS Mojave installed successfully, the system hanged before reaching the setup screen while booting from the SSD. The last few line printed in verbose mode were:

en0: 802.11d set to 'US'

en0: Available bands are: [LONG LIST OF NUMBERS]

busy timeout[0] wait(0): 'AppleACPICPU'

The guide followed the vanilla method of installation, and I made sure to update the included kexts (Lilu, WhateverGreen, etc.) to their latest versions. My hardware is as follows:

CPU: Core i9-9900K

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Ultra, BIOS Version F9B

GPU: Gigabyte OC Radeon RX Vega 64

I also have the Fenvi FV-T919 Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card installed for macOS compatibility.

Is it possible that there's a problem with the Fenvi card? If not, is there anything else I can do to troubleshoot? I've already try both safe mode and removing any unnecessary kexts from my USB, but this has only led to failures eariler in the boot process.

I can post my EFI folder and config.plist if you guys think it will help.
