I broke windows and now cannot reinstall it

This is not all that hackintosh related, but I didn’t know which sub to ask so here it goes:

I had windows 10 and macOS mojave running on my dell inspiron 7559 laptop, but I broke windows and it does not boot. It was totally unrelated to the hackintosh, in fact mojave still runs just fine. I tried to create a bootable win10 usb on mojave using unetbootin but my flash drive does not show up on the boot menu. I even tried the legacy boot option but still nothing.
