So I’ve had a working Mojave install on my Ryzen 7 1700/rx570 for many months, it was fully functional and completely stable.
After reading of others updating to Catalina easily by just updating Clover and kexts, I went for it. I backed up the EFI folder of my working Mojave install onto a flash drive, then dragged updated kexts to my EFI/Clover/Other.
After the Catalina download was finished, it began the reboot/install process but didn’t get far, and now seems to be stuck in a kernel panic.
I’m obviously not very knowledgeable with hackintosh but here’s a picture of the panic, and I’ll gladly provide any other information.
I greatly appreciate any help or suggestions!
