My HP Pavilion 22, is dead now, unable to boot OSes anymore, due to the overheating, shutting down CPU. What should I get next for switching to macOS?

My CPU, is annoying, frustrating me, after having problems with CPU drivers. Now it's dead. What should I get next for preventing that annoying shut-downs?
